Wet, glassy, protected paint

A proper hand wash, decontamination, and protection that brings the paint back to a wet, glassy shine — done at your place in Hobbs.

The process

Wash, decontaminate, protect

Step 1

Wash

A careful hand wash of paint, wheels, tires, and glass — no automatic brushes.

Step 2

Decontaminate

Clay and iron removal lift bonded contaminants the wash leaves behind.

Step 3

Protect

A sealant leaves the paint slick and protected, with water beading off the top.

FAQ

Exterior detailing questions

What is the difference between a wax, a sealant, and a ceramic coating?

They are three levels of paint protection that last different lengths of time. A wax lasts weeks and gives a warm shine; a sealant is synthetic and lasts a few months; a ceramic coating bonds to the paint and lasts years with strong water beading and easier washing.

How often should I get an exterior detail?

For most drivers, every few weeks to a month keeps the paint protected and looking sharp. If you want it hands-off, Michael offers bi-weekly and monthly exterior maintenance plans after your first detail.
